This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom lakefront condo will sleep up to 10 people. It is approximately 2,277 square feet and is 2 levels. The kitchen, main living room, dining area, master suite and half bath are located on the main level. A second living room, king bedroom and twin bedroom, full bathroom and washer/dryer are located on the lower level.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. It has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and much more. Both living rooms have a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a foosball table in the lower living room.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of Pineview Reservoir and Powder Mountain from the large covered balcony. There is a private 5-6 person hot tub, patio furniture and a natural gas grill for year round grilling, on the balcony.
The King master suite has a Plasma TV, jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The King bedroom and twin bedroom also have satellite TV. There are 2 extra mattresses on the twin beds that can be placed on the floor to provide additional beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the lower living room.
A bag of whole bean coffee (Snowbasin blend) is provided to you at check-in. The unit is also stocked with luxurious bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Additionally each bathroom has hotel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Other amenities include WI-FI and an attached one car garage. Additional parking is available in the common area.
The office is conveniently located on site and is open 7 days a week. Discount lift tickets for both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain can be purchased in the office. There is complimentary shuttle to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Pre-arrival grocery & liquor service is available and on site massages service can be scheduled via the office. Dinner shuttle into Huntsville, Eden and Ogden operates 7 nights per week from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm and is $5 per person. Dinner delivery returns for the 2010-2011 ski season, a different restaurant will be featured each day of the week, orders need to be placed by noon for delivery between 4-6 pm.
Onsite amenities at Lakeside include clubhouse with reception area, exercise room and conference room. There is an outdoor pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day-Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), 2 tennis courts and a trail down to the lake.

Lakeside is located on the shores of Pineview Reservoir, one of Northern Utah's most popular boating destinations. Numerous facilities around the 28 miles of shoreline offer many types of water-based recreation. Fishing occurs nearly everywhere at the reservoir, types of fish in Pineview are warm water species including the planted Tiger Muskie which are reaching record sizes. The reservoir also has some great beaches.

Ogden Area whitewater can be found on the Ogden River from Pineview Reservoir to Washington Blvd. with class 2-5 rapids, all levels of boaters will enjoy the water. The Weber River between Mt. Green and Highway 89 also offers some extreme whitewater with the best flows from April to June.
Kayak Park, located near 24th street and the Ogden River is a premier hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing and kayaking experience. Situated in an urban setting on the lower portion of the Weber River, the park provides local citizens and tourists with world class boating opportunities and also affords a point of access for fishing and trail use as well.

Lakeside is the closest available lodging to Snowbasin, A Sun Valley Resort. Snowbasin offers world class skiing and received the #1 ranking for Lifts, #2 ranking for On-Mountain Food and the #3 ranking for Service in the October 2006 Readers Resort Survey. Snowbasin boasts 2,959 vertical feet of ski trails with 104 runs; 7 percent novice terrain, 29 percent intermediate, 34 percent expert and 30 percent expert only. Snowbasin has 12 lifts including 2 high-speed gondolas; a super pipe, three terrain parks and tubing hills. With the snowsports learning center, day care facility and equipment rental, guests at Snowbasin receive world class service.
Snowcat Powder Safari at Powder Mountain
The morning starts with a safety orientation followed by a snowcat ride to over 3,000 acres of exclusive bowls, glades and chutes for a day gliding on powder. The safari is limited to up to 10 guests accompanied by 2 guides. The adventure requires reservations and will only operate when weather and snow conditions allow. Prices include guide service, lunch and avalanche beacon.
